Praana Health began with a simple shared curiosity: how can we live healthier, more energized lives in a modern world that often works against our wellbeing?

As siblings, wellness has always been a common thread in our lives. Growing up, we were naturally drawn to learning about nutrition, movement, nature, and the ways small daily habits can shape how we feel. Over the years, that curiosity evolved into deeper personal exploration—through fitness, herbalism, mindfulness practices, research into supplements and nutrition, and experimenting with tools that support both physical and mental wellbeing.

Like many people, we also experienced how overwhelming the health world can be. There is an endless stream of advice online, much of it conflicting, confusing, or driven by trends rather than genuine care for people's wellbeing.
